    • Brodie Lawson - Nursery Manager - Bluebell Wood

      Brodie is our amazing new Nursery Manager at Bluebell Wood. Brodie started working at Bluebell Hill in February 2020 as a nursery teacher, and when the deputy manager position came up, she jumped at the opportunity having worked in Childcare since 2011 and having previous experience in a leadership role.

      In July 2021 Brodie went on maternity leave and became a mummy to her beautiful little girl. Brodie was promoted during her maternity leave to Nursery Manager and will be working in partnership with Harriet.

    • Charlotte Miles – Deputy Manager - Bluebell Wood

      Charlotte is our fabulous Deputy Manager at Bluebell Wood. She started working for the company in December 2019 as a nursery teacher and was excited when the Deputy position came up she knew she could not pass up the amazing opportunity, having worked in childcare since 2014.

      Charlotte studied at Canterbury University where she gained her Level 6 in Early Childhood Studies. Charlotte loves working with children and is passionate about outdoor play and supporting children to build the skills to create lifelong friendships.  

    • Nicky Long - Admin and Finance Assistant

      Nicky is our wonderfully experienced and super-efficient Administration & Finance Assistant and is based at Bluebell Hill/Wood. She started her career at our bluebell nurseries in 2014.  Nicky’s own two children attended Bluebell Barn, she loved the nursery, and her children had the best early years experience, so when an exciting job opportunity came up Nicky was incredibly pleased to be offered the job. Nicky enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a volunteer Admin Assistant for Eastbourne Rugby Clubs Under 8's team. 

    • Harriet Crouch - Group Operations Manager

      Harriet is our fantastic new Nursery Manager at Bluebell Wood. Harriet has over 14 years of experience working in the Early Years. She has held several different roles within the sector and has been a Nursery Manager since 2014.

      In her spare time, Harriet also runs a consultancy business, in which she works with families to help with unwanted behaviour, and supports childcare settings to help improve practice and up-skill workforces. Harriet loves supporting and mentoring her team as well as the families she works with and is passionate about improving the outcomes of children and families. Harriet is a mum to two children and loves spending time with her family!

    • Nicola Lidbetter - Lead Manager

      Nic is our awesome and fabulous Bluebell Lead Manager, working in partnership with our Operations Manager to support, guide, mentor, and coach our nursery Managers and teams across all three Bluebell Nurseries. Nic first started working at Bluebell Barn when it opened in April 2005 as a Senior Practitioner and loved being involved in setting up the nursery. Shortly after this She was promoted to Deputy Manager and loved working with the children as well as developing and gaining experience in other areas.

    • Carmen Weller – Projects Co - Ordinator

      Carmen is our fabulous marketing and social media genius she has been working for Bluebell Children’s Nurseries since April 2006. Carmen first began at Bluebell Barn as an NVQ Level 3 practitioner, throughout her long and successful career with Bluebell Nurseries she progressed to the Nursery Manager in January 2012. Carmen went on maternity leave 2016 to have her beautiful little girl and returned to a new part-time role working with the wider team, developing marketing, parent relations and social media. Carmen is such a huge part of Bluebell Nurseries and is such a joy to work with. Carmen is full of fun and character and is a shining bluebell star. She has such a fabulous and bubbly personality and is loved by everyone.
