Elle Hill - Nursery Manager

Elle is our amazing Nursery Manager at Bluebell Barn. She joined the Bluebell family in September 2013. Elle has a wonderfully calm, professional and bubbly personality that makes her the perfect Nursery Manager.

Wendy  - Deputy Manager

Meet our wonderful Wendy, she is one of the Deputy Managers at the Barn. Wendy joined the team in 2023 as an apprentice and have worked my way up into management. She says, " I absolutely adore my role here and all the children and families I have been lucky enough to work with."

Harriet Crouch - Group Operations Manager

Harriet is our fantastic Operations Manager. Harriet has many years of experience working in the Early Years. Harriet joined the Bluebell family as the Nursery Manager of Bluebell Wood and now as the Operations Manager, Harriet oversees the running of all three of our fabulous nurseries. 

Rhiane Thripp – Social Media

Meet Rhiane, she joined the Bluebell family in 2021, beginning her journey at The Wood, where she gained valuable experience working directly with children and supporting their learning and development. She also is qualified at level 3 in childcare. Since changing her role, she manages our social media platforms and marketing, helping families stay connected with everything happening across our settings. She says, "I love capturing special moments, celebrating our achievements, and sharing what makes Bluebell such a special place for children to learn, grow and thrive"

Lisa - People and Culture lead

Lisa is our People and Culture Lead. For over 15 years she has been working as an employment lawyer in private practice and/or in a generalist HR advisory role.  Lisa has come full circle by joining the Bluebell family given that she started her working life in childcare.  This means that Lisa really understands our sector and our people.  She has covered all aspects of HR and employment law including recruitment and selection, retention, all areas of people management issues and much more!
