Our Staff
When we chose staff, we primarily look for warmth and friendliness, experience, dedication and enthusiasm.
In addition to having these qualities, all our staff hold recognised child care qualifications such as DCE, B.Tech and NVQ level 2/3 as well as a first aid qualification. It goes without saying of course that they have all undergone a Criminal Record Bureau check.
Also, in line with the very latest Ofsted recommendations, we employ an experienced teacher to oversee curriculum planning and delivery. All our staff are offered on-going training and are kept up to date with new child care practices.
Each child is assigned a key worker to ensure he or she receives individual attention and continuity of care and, importantly, parents know they will be dealing with a staff member who really knows and understands their child.
