We provide the very highest quality childcare in nurseries which are friendly, fun, secure and stimulating. All our children are helped by us to develop at their own pace, and to grow in self-confidence as they explore the world around them.

We have three nurseries in East Sussex. Bluebell Barn and Bluebell Hill are both in Eastbourne. Bluebell Wood our new nursery is based in Heathfield. The nurseries are all in locations which have been chosen to be convenient for both the town centres and all the main commuter routes into and out of the towns.

Naturally, your child’s happiness, well-being and safety are our absolute priorities. However, at Bluebell Nurseries, we also try to make nursery life as stress free as possible for parents. That’s why, to save you the worry, we provide all nappies, wipes and flannels within our fees. Also included are baby formula and organic baby purees and, for older children, high quality, freshly prepared meals and snacks.

We welcome babies and children from 3 months to 5 years of age, 5 days a week from 8am until 6pm all year round, except for Bank Holidays. For parents who have to start their day early, we can open as early as 7.00 am.

Children can attend full or part-time, or for a combination of morning and afternoon sessions.

We love active involvement from parents, and we welcome parents dropping in at any time to talk to the staff or just to see how their children are getting on.
